Day in my Life 2025

Services: Data Visualization, Interactivity, UX/UI

This data visualization features my day to day life as a personal brand. This project creates a Figma website that showcases 5 pieces of data relevant to me in an effective way. The final project includes a home page, about page, data overview page, resources, contact, modules, and other digital experience. It showcases values of functionality, minimalism, and geometry, while being playful and futuristic. I want the design to showcase me and my daily life as something fun, encouraging, and entertaining.

Project Overview

The data being analyzed includes time spent working out, phone screen time, sleep time, music listened to, and time spent commuting. The pixelated style and neon color palette is inspired by video games. The website serves as a simulation of my life. The data visualizations on the home page as well as the data overview page are layed out like a calendar focusing on the exact date and time an activity takes place. On the data overview page, you can click the dots for each colored set of data to reveal a more detailed view of it.

Challenges

For example, when clicking on the purple dots representing sleep time, a data module will open up showing average time in bed, amount of times I got up during the night, and what time I get up/go to sleep. Each of these charts are designed to filter even further when clicked on. For my digital experience, I decided to create a mobile and watch version of the website’s Data Tracker feature.

Results

The Data Tracker, is a part of the website that is able to live track and record your data, to the hour, minute, and second. The data is automatically recorded for your convenience and later viewing purposes. On the mobile app, the data is laid out similar to the website homepage, where the data is set by hour. On the watch, since there is less space, the data is based on where a standard clock’s hand would be for each hour.
