Business Builderz

This is a mobile app design for Business Builderz, a new app coming soon that teaches business education. The app consists of several modules, levels, and subscriptions, aimed to provide guidance in starting a business. The app will be implimented as a tool for individuals, organizations, and students. In this project, my main goal was to focus on the interface. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive experience that makes learning business concepts feel straightforward and engaging for users. This project was part of client work for a tech company.
Project Overview
This project centers on the idea that many people are interested in starting their own business but lack access to clear, easy-to-understand education on how to do so. Business concepts like budgeting, marketing, and legal basics can feel overwhelming or intimidating, especially for beginners with no formal background. The goal of this project is to highlight that gap in business education and explore how thoughtful design and digital tools can make learning these skills more accessible.
Challenges
One of the main challenges of this project was balancing the client’s vision, brand standards, and expectations with the need to create an interface that is easy to use. The client and I met several times a week to discuss various iterations and changes in the design. This process required strong communication, flexibility, and problem-solving to create a final product that met client and program standards while still delivering a seamless user experience.
Results
Business Builderz is available in the app store for download and various new versions are still on the way. The long term goal of this project is for it to be implimented into schools as part of business classes. The app interface has been very successful, but there is still much more to come for the finalized product.
